• Accurate Information: All personal information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

To access the Services offered by jutawan188, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form, including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jutawan188 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Notify jutawan188 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Never share your Account credentials with any other person.

4.2 KYC Verification

jutawan188 operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit identity documents including a National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), passport, or proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at jutawan188's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification.

4.3 Account Accuracy

If any information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, jutawan188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and to void any bets, winnings, or bonuses associated with it. Funds legitimately deposited may be returned minus any bonuses awarded and administrative costs incurred.

jutawan188 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) and selected cryptocurrencies (including USDT TRC20) via a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

5.1 Deposit Processing

• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly to the Player's Account balance.
• Bank transfer deposits via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically credited within 5–10 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited following one blockchain confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• jutawan188 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are as displayed on the Platform's deposit page at the time of transaction. jutawan188 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with notice posted on the Platform.

5.3 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your Account, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legally yours and have been obtained through lawful means. jutawan188 complies with applicable anti-money laundering laws and may request evidence of source of funds at any time. jutawan188 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account (in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements), or to a verified bank account held in the Player's own name.
• Any active Bonus Balance with outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied or forfeited before the associated Real Money Balance can be withdrawn.

6.2 Processing Times

jutawan188 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests as follows: DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes to 1 business hour; bank transfer withdrawals within 30 minutes to 2 business hours. These are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to bank processing times, additional KYC checks, or system maintenance.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page. jutawan188 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures for high-value withdrawal requests, including requests for supporting documentation related to source of funds.

jutawan188 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general conditions set out below.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have registered a genuine Account, are aged 21 or above, and have completed the required deposit where applicable.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• jutawan188 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Where wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Activities constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering requirement risk (also known as "bonus hunting"), or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with their intended promotional purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, jutawan188 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending Account.

7.3 VIP Programme

Players who participate in the jutawan188 VIP Programme (Bronze through Royal Black Diamond tiers) are subject to the VIP Programme Terms in addition to these Terms. VIP tier status, benefits, and monthly turnover requirements are determined at jutawan188's sole discretion and may be amended with reasonable notice to affected Players.

You agree to use the jutawan188 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal gambling entertainment;

• Match Fixing: Placing wagers on sporting events where the Player has knowledge of, or participation in, any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome;

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of jutawan188.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction of any Platform content for commercial purposes; modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works; reverse engineering of any Platform software; or removal of any proprietary notices or labels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jutawan188, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, maintenance windows, or cyber incidents beyond jutawan188's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain Account security or comply with these Terms;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banking institutions or payment service providers, including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, or any e-wallet provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

jutawan188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any Prohibited Activity;
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe;
• Required by a competent authority, regulator, or law enforcement agency;
• The Player requests voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon Account closure for breach, jutawan188 reserves the right to void outstanding bets, forfeit Bonus Balances, and withhold any winnings generated through Prohibited Activities. Real Money Balances that are legitimately owned by the Player (excluding any funds associated with Prohibited Activities or unresolved KYC requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any investigation.

12.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been met.
